📄 1. General Terms & Acceptance

2.1 Age Verification Process

Accounts where the holder is found to be under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any funds deposited will be returned to the payment source minus any winnings, which will be forfeited in full.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount on hay bhaji is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to the hay bhaji account within 30 seconds of confirmed mobile wallet payment under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to credit depending on the sending bank's processing speed.

8.3 Funds on Account Closure

Where hay bhaji closes an account for a reason that does not involve fraud, a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any genuine real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification. Where closure is due to fraud, Terms breach or prohibited conduct, hay bhaji reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and any applicable legal process.

⚖️ 9. Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from a player's decision to wager amounts beyond their personal financial means.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hay bhaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
